Need something to do with friends and family members who will be in town for the Thanksgiving weekend?
With today’s deal, you can bring them all to the Holiday Concert featuring Jill Miller and Kelsey K at the Orpheum Theatre on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m.! The concert for Sunrise, presented by the Sam & Gussie Bernstein Foundation & Dice Communication & Alcatel Lucent, provides entertainment for the whole family and supports a great cause as well.
Kelsey K and Jill Miller will be performing an original Christmas song titled "Christmas Memories.” The concert will also feature Rockestra’s Kevin Keane and Lamb School of Theatre & Music.
Miller released her first single, “Worry,” to national Christian radio in October of 2009, and also released songs from her “Christmas is Here” CD in December of 2009. Highlights from Jill’s career include performing at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. She was thrilled to open for Loretta Lynn in May of 2008 at the beautiful Orpheum Theatre in Sioux City, and Jill has also opened for Brian Littrell (of the Backstreet Boys), performed with the Christian group NewSong, and sang the national anthem for President Bush and 11,000 people when he was in Sioux City.
At age 15, Kelsey K is already an accomplished singer, songwriter and musician who can hold her own in front of thousands of people, opening shows for acts like Toby Keith, Joe Diffie and Jerrod Niemann. She is a natural talent poised on the brink of success, following a career vision she’s had as long as she can remember.
Her debut album, “Blue Jean Girl,” is now available through iTunes and at kelseysmusic.com. Kelsey K released her music video for Blue Jean Girl July 10th at 7 p.m. on her Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/KelseyKmusic!!
Santa will make an appearance as well, and there will be a raffle.
Proceeds from the Jill Miller Holiday Concert will benefit the Sunrise’s Benevolent Care fund. The concert is in its eighth year and has raised more than $150,000 for Sunrise.
Please join us for a fun evening with Jill Miller and support a worthy cause. What a great way to start the holiday season!
