The 14-Day Fat Furnace is a 14-day training program that’s relatively intense but is awesome at giving people the quick jump-start they need to shed those last few pounds or burn off the first few pounds. Clients will also receive a nutritional plan to help maximize workout results. You’re going to work hard for two weeks BUT your results are going to come fast and will be significant when you follow the program.
Some people will lose six to twelve pounds during these two weeks and a couple of dress and pant sizes.
The program is simple in its brilliance. You’ll come and workout in a Personal SHAPE Training session up to five days per week for two weeks, and eat the foods that I’ve outlined for you in the program. It’s simple actually – just read it and eat it and the results will come.
You will experience soreness in your muscles. Nothing too bad, but definitely some soreness letting you know that you just had an awesome workout. We will go through dynamic warm-ups and cool downs throughout the training sessions though to minimize the soreness and the nutrition plan will assist in the muscle recovery and weight loss.
And the eating program I give you will NOT be a starvation diet. I’m totally against starvation diets. It’s actually a decent amount of calories manipulated in a crafty way to help your body burn maximum fat and to retain muscle tone during the 14 days.
High intensity Personal SHAPE Training sessions are 30 minute training sessions that are scalable to anyone’s current fitness level. Everyone has an athlete inside of them and these sessions incorporates athletic based movements and training programs that are adjusted to your fitness and activity level with NO CARDIO. Yes, that is right I said no cardio but I guarantee you will increase your strength, power, balance, flexibility, core strength, coordination, speed as well as cardiorespiratory endurance (‘cardio’) while toning up and blasting fat from your body to get in the best SHAPE of your life!
There are multiple sessions throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule including 5:30 am, 6:15 am, and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday with the potential to add additional training times.

The nearly 6000 square foot facility has a large padded artificial turf area for speed, agility and sled work and thick rubberized flooring to reduce the impact on your joints. Your Fat Furnace workouts will utilize your own body weight for resistance along with a variety of modalities including but not limited to power racks and benches, kettlebells, dumbbells, cor-balls, pull-up bars, stability balls, sandbells, power sleds, medicine balls, tubing, power wheels, speed sleds, plyometric boxes, prowlers, tires, sledge hammers, agility ladders, bungees, hurdles, pads, rope balls, Lebert Equalizers, Bosu balls, Val-slides, agility ladders, TRX and ring suspension trainers, ultimate sandbags, barbells, etc…
